SHINee's Minho to Go on a Fan Meeting Tour of 4 Nations

SHINee Minho 4 Bölgede Hayran Buluşması Gerçekleştirecek

Çarşamba günü şirketinin yaptığı açıklamaya göre erkek grubu SHINee üyesi Minho, yerli ve yabancı hayranlarıyla buluşmak için gelecek aydan itibaren dört Asya ülkesine tur düzenleyecek.

"Best Choi's Minho" isimli hayran tanışma turu 16 Şubatta Seoul'da Sangmyung Sanat Merkezi'nde başlayacak ve Minho daha sonra iki günlük etkinlik için 23-24 Şubatta Tokyo'da olacak.

SM Entertainment'ın açıklamasına göre; Minho daha sonra iki günlük etkinlik için 2-3 Martta sırasıyla Bangkok ve Taipei'de olacak.

Yalnız gerçekleşecek olan tur SHINee üyelerinin bireysel kariyerlerini genişletmeyi amaçlıyor. Key son zamanlarda solo albüm çıkarırken Taemin Japonya'da aktif.

Takımın en büyük üyesi Onew ise ilk solo albümünün ardından kasımda askere gitti.

Minho birçok dizi ve filmlerde rol aldı. 2018 romantik komedi filmi "The Princess and the Matchmaker" ve "Illang: The Wolf Brigade" de bunlara dahil.

Minho ayrıca, ünlü Amerikan oyuncu Megan Fox'un starı olduğu yeni "Jangsa-ri 9.15" filminde daha büyük bir rol aldı.

Boy band SHINee's Minho will tour four Asian countries in the following months to meet and greet with his local and overseas fans, his management agency said Wednesday.

The fan meeting tour, "Best Choi's Minho," will kick off on Feb. 16 in Seoul's Sangmyung Art Center and take Minho to a two-day event in Tokyo on Feb. 23-24.

He will then fly for two days of events from March 2-3 in Bangkok and Taipei, respectively, SM Entertainment said.

The solo tour comes as SHINee members are expanding their individual careers. Key recently debuted as a solo artist while Taemin is active in Japan.

The team's oldest member Onew enlisted in the military in November after releasing his first solo album.

Minho has been into acting, appearing in a number of dramas and movies, including the 2018 romance comedy film "The Princess and the Matchmaker" and "Illang: The Wolf Brigade."

He is also filming for a major role in a new film "Jangsa-ri 9.15," which stars the famous American actress Megan Fox.

Tickets for the fan tour go on sale on Jan. 16 on local ticket distributor Yes24.

BLACKPINK's "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" has drawn over 600 million YouTube views, setting another milestone as a popular K-pop girl group, its management agency said Sunday.

BLACKPINK now has five songs whose YouTube hits have each surpassed 300 million, including "Whistle" and "Boombayah," according to YG Entertainment.

The group has 17 million subscribers on the global streaming site.

Its debut single "Whistle" exceeded 300 million YouTube views early this month.

"The two parted ways," SM Entertainment told the media, without providing the reason for the separation.

The former couple was put under intense media attention after their romantic relationship was revealed to the public on Jan. 1 by a media outlet that secretly photographed the two while dating.

At that time, SM admitted to the romance between the members of the top K-pop groups, saying, "The two people are in a relationship where they have good feelings toward each other."

The two artists continued to be active on the K-pop scene even amid the feverish media attention, with Jennie conquering local music charts with her first solo release "SOLO" and going on a world concert tour as a member of BLACKPINK.

K-pop boy group BTS are set to attend the Grammys as presenters.

Its management Big Hit Entertainment confirmed on Tuesday that BTS will appear at the 61st Grammy Awards, set to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday.

BTS is also nominated this year for Best Recording Package for their "Love Yourself: Tear" album.

The Best Recording Package is awarded for "the visual look of an album" including the album cover, graphic arts and photography. This is the first time staff of a Korean album has been nominated for a Grammy Award.

BTS Album Charts on Billboard 200 for 24th Week in Row

Çarşamba günü listelerin gösterdiği sonuca göre; sansasyonel K-pop grubu BTS'nin son albümü üst üste 6. ayda da Billboard'un ana albüm listesinde yer aldı. 

BTS'nin "Love Yourself" üçlemesinin sonuncusu olan "Love Youself: Answer", 16 şubat haftasında 91. sırada yer aldı. Eylül ayında piyasaya çıkıp en tepeye yerleştiğinden beri listede olan albümün 24. haftası.

Geçen hafta 77. sırada yer almıştı.

Üçlemenin hepsi Billboard Dünya Albümlerinde yer aldı. "Answer" ile listenin birinci sırasındayken diğer ikisi olan "Love Youself: Her" ve "Love Yourself: Tear", sırasıyla, ikinci ve üçüncüydü.

BTS ayrıca Sosyal 50 sıralamasında da zirveye yerleşmiş, art arda 83 hafta 1. sırada kalarak Billboard listesi rekorunu kırmıştı.

K-pop sensation BTS' latest album has remained on the Billboard main album chart for the sixth month in a row, chart results showed Wednesday.

"Love Yourself: Answer," the finale of BTS' "Love Yourself" trilogy, came to 91st for the week of Feb. 16, the album's 24th week on the chart since it landed atop it in early September.

It ranked 77th a week earlier.

The trilogy monopolized the Billboard World Albums chart, with "Answer" topping the list, while two others -- "Love Yourself: Her" and "Love Yourself: Tear" -- taking the second and third spot, respectively.

BTS also remained atop the Social 50 chart, taking the No. 1 place for the longest Billboard record of 83 weeks in a row.

BTS just came back to Seoul from its trip to the United States where it showed up for the 61st Grammy Awards held Sunday as the first Korean award presenters.

The wildly popular band is planning to release its new album sometime in the first half of this year.

2PM's Nichkhun Set to Release First Solo Album

Ajansının yaptığı açıklamaya göre erkek grubu 2PM'in Tayland-Amerikan üyesi Nichkhun pazartesi günü, grup olarak çıkış yaptıktan 11 yıl sonra ilk solo albümünü çıkarıyor.

JYP Entertainment'ın söylediğine göre Albüm "ME", 9 şarkıdan oluşuyor, İngilizce olan sözlerinin hepsi Nichkhun tarafından yazıldı ve bestelendi.

Nichkhun'un tatlı sesiyle yumuşak melodisiyle kombine olan "Lucky Charm" ön şarkı oldu.

Nichkhun, "Şarkı fantezi ve gerçeklik hakkında. Eğer şarkıyı tembel bir sabahta ya da yatağa gitmeden önce dinlerseniz daha yatıştırıcı olur" dedi.

Albüm, Güney Kore, Çin ve Tayland'da pazartesi gecesinden itibaren dinlenebilecek.

Nichkhun, a Thai-American member of boy band 2PM, will release Monday his first solo album since his debut in the band 11 years ago, his management agency said.

The album "ME" has nine tracks, all composed and written in English by Nichkhun himself, according to JYP Entertainment.

It is fronted by "Lucky Charm," a song that combines mellow melodies with Nichkhun's sweet voice.

The song "carries a story about fantasy and reality. It may come more soothing if you listen on a lazy morning or before going to bed," Nichkhun was quoted as saying.

The album will be available for streaming starting Monday evening in South Korea, as well as in China and Thailand.

"ME" also includes a special song dedicated to his fans, "Umbrella," which will be provided in four different languages of Korean, English, Chinese and Thai, JYP said.

"For the past 10 years, Hottest has been protecting me from rain," Nichkhun said, referring to the fan community of 2PM. "I wanted to pay it back. 'Umbrella' is a very honest song that I made to say to fans that 'From now on, I will become an umbrella for you,'" he said.

The record also includes "HOME," the only ballad of the nine tracks, "Mars" and "Colorful X'mas."

On March 7, the Thai film "Brother of the Year," where Nichkhun played a lead role, will also hit local screens in South Korea.

BTS to Launch World Stadium Tour in May

Güney Kore erkek grubu BTS, mayısta dünya stadyum turuna çıkacak.

Ajansı Big Hit Entertainment'ın yaptığı açıklamaya göre; çarşamba günü yedi üyeli grubun "Love Yourself Speak Yourself" isimli dünya turunun detayları belli olacak.

Geçen sene ağustos ayında gerçekleşmesinin ardından dünya çapında mekanları kapatan "Love Yourself" dünya turunun devamı olan gelecek tur, dünya çapında büyük stadyumları kapatan ilk Koreli müzik grubu ya da şarkıcı olacak.

Şimdiye kadar BTS, mayıs ayı için, Los Angeles'taki Rose Bowl Stadyumu, Şikago'daki Soldier Field ve Sao Paulo'daki Allianz Parque de dahil sekiz şehirde on konseri garantiledi.

South Korean boy band BTS will embark on a world stadium tour this May.

Their management agency, Big Hit Entertainment, on Wednesday revealed details of a new world tour for the seven-member group, entitled “Love Yourself Speak Yourself.”

A follow-up to the “Love Yourself” world tour that sold out venues around the world after launching in August of last year, the upcoming tour will be the first to take a South Korean singer or musical group to major stadiums around the world.

Thus far, BTS has confirmed ten concerts in eight cities, including the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, Soldier Field in Chicago and Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo, all for the month of May.

They will also perform at Wembley Stadium in the U.K. on June 1st.

Ajansları YG Entertainment'ın cuma günü yaptığı açıklamaya göre; nisandan itibaren ABD ve Kanada'da düzenlenecek altı konser için olan 60 bin biletin tümü tükendi.

Yüksek talep sebebiyle YG ek konser yapabileceklerini duyurdu.

Geçen haziran, dört üyeli BLACKPINK,  "Square UP" EP çıkışıyla K-pop kız grupları içinde en yüksek albüm listesine yerleşen grup olmuştu ve Billboard 200'de 40. sıraya yerleşmişti. Grubun şarkısı "DDU-DU DDU-DU" Hot 100'de 55. sırada yer almıştı ve Wonder Girls'ün İngilizce versiyonlu şarkısı "Nobody" 2009 yılında 76. sıraya yerleştiğinden beri Hot 100'e girmeyi başarabilen ilk kız Koreli oldu.

South Korean girl group Blackpink’s North American concerts have sold out.

The group’s agency, YG Entertainment, announced on Friday that 60-thousand tickets for six concerts that will be held in the U.S. and Canada starting in April have all been sold.

Due to high demand, YG is said to be considering holding additional concerts.

Last June, the four-member girl group's “Square Up” EP debuted at Number 40 on the Billboard 200, becoming the highest-charting album to date by a K-pop girl group. The group’s song “DDU-DU DDU-DU” debuted at number 55 on the Hot 100 chart and made them the first female Korean act to make it into the Hot 100 since the Wonder Girls’ English version of “Nobody” entered the chart in 2009 at 76.  

Blackpink is set to perform in Los Angeles, Chicago and Hamilton in April and in Newark, Atlanta and Fort Worth in May.

It’s the group’s first North American tour and the latest part of their “In Your Area” world tour.

South Korean girl group Blackpink set a YouTube record as its latest music video hit 100 million views in just two days and 14 hours after its release.

According to Blackpink's management company YG Entertainment, the video for the group's latest single, "Kill This Love," surpassed 100 million hits at around 2 p.m. on Sunday.

The video, released at midnight on Friday, attracted more than ten million views in just four hours and 13 minutes, setting a new record for a South Korean artist.

Blackpink now boasts 13 music videos and dance clips that have more than 100 million views on YouTube.

K-pop boy band BTS' new album will be released worldwide at 6 p.m. Friday Korea time.

The new album titled "Map of the Soul: Persona" is the first in a new album series following the "Love Yourself" trilogy released over the past 30 months.

The new album reflects candid stories the band's seven members want to tell their fans around the world, who helped catapult them to their current global stardom.

The album includes seven tracks, including the title song "Boy With Luv," which features U.S. pop star Halsey.

World-renowned British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is featured in the track "Make It Right."

There is also "Jamais Vu," a joint song by a BTS subunit comprised of J-Hope, Jin and Jung-kook, and the hip-hop number "Dionysus," which accentuates Jin's impressive vocals.

"Map of the Soul: Persona" has maintained the best-seller spot in Amazon's CDs & Vinyl category for 30 straight days as of Thursday.

Preorders have reached over three million copies.

BTS will world-premiere the album live on the American TV show "Saturday Night Live" this weekend.
