Hwasun Dolmen Sitesi Dogok-myeon Hyosan-ri ve Chunnyang-myeon'u Daesin-ri'ye bağlayan dağ geçidindeki şelaleler yakınında yer almaktadır. Mimarlara göre, Dogok-myeon Hyosan-ri'de 980 taş 135 dolmen bulunmaktadır. Yaklaşık 100 hasarlı taşın olmasına karşı hala şeklini korumaktadır.
Chunnyang-myeon Daesin-ri'de 3309 taş arasında yaklaşık 124 dolmen bulunmaktadır. 23 dolmen anıt kendi şekli korumuştur ve en az 300 tane daha bulunmaktadır.
Hwasun dolmenlerini özel yapan ise, küçük bir bölgede 596 dolmen bulunmasıdır ve Kore'nin en büyük taş tablosu olmasıdır.
Hwasun Dolmen Sitesi, Gochang ve Ganghwa dolmenleri ile birlikte 2 Aralık 2000 tarihinde 997. sıradan Dünya Mirası olarak tescil edilmiştir.

The Hwasun Dolmen Site is located near the waterfalls of the mountain pass linking Dogok-myeon Hyosan-ri and Chunnyang-myeon Daesin-ri. According to surveyors, 135 of the 980 stones in Dogok-myeon Hyosan-ri are dolmen. There are also about 100 damaged stone tables that still maintain their form.
In Chunnyang-myeon Daesin-ri there are about 124 dolmens among the 3,309 stones. There are at least 300 that have maintained their form and 23 that are memorial dolmens.
What makes the Hwasun dolmens special is that in such a small district there are as many as 596 dolmen, including Korea’s biggest stone table.
The Hwasun Dolmen Site was registered as World Heritage No. 997 on December 2, 2000 along with Gochang and Ganghwa dolmens.
