Ha-Joon Chang (장하준) Güney Kore'li bir iktisatçı, Dünya Bankası da dahil olmak üzere bir çok uluslararası kurumda önemli görevlerde bulunan bu yazarın, Türkçe'ye kazandırılmış bir kaç kitabı var. Bunlardan birisi ise son dönemlerde Türkiye'de uzmanlar tarafından ilgiyle okunuyor: Sanayileşmenin Gizli Tarihi. (İngilizcesi: Bad Samaritans the Myth of Free Trade and the Secret History of Capitalism).
Kitap, Emin Akçaoğlu tarafından Türkçe'ye çevrilmiş (İngilizcesinden elbette). Kitapta sanayileşen ülkelerin serüvenlerinin yanı sıra devletin kalkınmadaki rolü de anlatılıyor. Ayrıca sanayileşme, kalkınma ve küreselleşme konusunda çoğu zaman bildiklerimizin aslında birer safsatadan ibaret olduğunu ortaya koyuyor.

Ha-Joon Chang (Korean: 장하준) is a South Korean economist who has served as a consultant to the World Bank and so many multinational constituions about economy and development. He wrote many books and some of them translated in Turkish. One of his book: Bad Samaritans, (Turkish name: Sanayileşmenin Gizli Tarihi) read by specialist in Turkey.
Book, translated by Emin Akçaoğlu from English. In this book, you could find development countries developing adventures. On the other hand, he explaining goverments role in the developing process. The essential part is, he showed that some known facts about developing, growing and globalization is a lie.
I don't want to write a long article about book and writer also i want to share a little piece from an article right there;
