G. Kore K. Kore’nin Füze Fırlatmasını Kınadı
Güney Kore, Kuzey Kore’nin uzun menzilli füze fırlatmasının Kore Yarımadası ve dünya genelinde bir meydan okuma, barış ve güvenlik için tehdit olduğunu açıkladı.
Başkanlık ofisinde çarşamba günü yayımlanan bir açıklamada Dışişleri Bakanı Kim Sung-hwan: ”Güney Kore, Kuzey Kore’nin 09:51’de Kuzey Pyeongan Eyaleti mevkisinden uzun menzilli bir füze ateşlediğini doğruladı. Fırlatma, bir balistik füze testi olmasına rağmen, görünüşte uzaya bir uydu koyma girişimi olarak algılandı.”
Kim, 1874 ve 1718 BM Güvenlik Konseyi kararlarının balistik füze teknolojisini kullanarak füze fırlatılması yasağının açık bir ihlali olduğunu açıkladı.
Güney Kore uluslararası toplum ile birlikte, provokasyona devam etmesi, küresel uyarıları ve plandan vazgeçmesi çağrılarını görmezden geldiği için Kuzey’i kınadı.

South Korea says North Korea’s long-range rocket launch is a challenge and threat to peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and around the world.
In a statement released Wednesday at the presidential office, Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan said South Korea detected and confirmed that North Korea fired a long-range missile at a site in North Pyeongan Province at 9:51 a.m. He said the launch took place under the guise of an attempt to put a satellite into space, although it was really a ballistic missile test.
Kim said the launch is a clear violation of UN Security Council resolutions 1874 and 1718 which ban any kind of launch using ballistic missile technology.
He said South Korea, together with the international community, strongly condemns the North for going ahead with the provocation and ignoring repeated global warnings and calls to withdraw the plan.
