Yeonpotang guk çesidi(Kore çorbasi)temiz et suyu olan genellikle küçük ahtapotlarla,daikon ve napa lahanasi gibi sebzelerle yapilir.Güney Jeolla Province'nin özel yerel yemegidir.Et suyu suda kombuyla kaynatilarak yapilir.Kaynadiktan sonra,kombu çikarilir ve ahtapotlar bütün olarak suyun içerisine eklenir.Pismis ahtapot önce,kaptan çikartilir ve bir lokma boyu kesilir.Et suyu tuz,kiyilmis sarimsak,dilimlenmis yesil sogan,susam yagi ve susam tohumlariyla baharatlanir ve dilimlenen ahtapotlarla birlikte kaynatilir.

Yeonpotang is a variety of guk (Korean soup) which has a clear broth usually made with small octopus and vegetables such as daikon and napa cabbage. It is a local specialty of South Jeolla Province. The broth is made by boiling kombu in water. After boiling, the kombu is taken out and a whole octopus is inserted into the broth. Once the octopus is cooked, it is removed from the pot and cut into bite-sized pieces. The broth is seasoned with salt, minced garlic, sliced scallions, sesame oil, and seasame seeds, and is boiled together with the slices of octopus.
