Busan Yeonje Togok Köyü olarak adlandırılmıştır. Çünkü bu köyde çok tavşan vardır.
2.300 hane ve 8.000 nüfusa sahip büyük ölçekli ve apartmanlardan oluşan köy City Hall, Mahkeme ve İtfaiye ,Baesan Park ve Busan'ın en büyük Oncheon Nehri yakınlarında kurulmuştur.
Köylüler, Kadınlar Derneği adında bir kulüp kurarak sıcak bir alan yaratmışlardır.

Busan Yeonje Togok Village』 was named because there used to be a lot of rabbits. It is a grand-scale apartment complex with 8,000 populations in 2,300 households located near the administrative organizations such as City Hall, Court and Fire Department and environmentally-friendly space with Baesan Park and Busan’s largest Oncheon River. The villagers organized Women’s Society and Clubs to collaboratively perform various activities such as cleaning hot springs and the village area. It is an urban information village that shares its warmth with many underprivileged neighbors.

ㅇ 1910: Named Yeonsan-dong
ㅇ 1942: Included in Dongrae Office of Busan
ㅇ 1957: Included in Dongrae-gu, Busan
ㅇ 1985: Divided as Yeonsan-9-dong from Yeonsan-8-dong
ㅇ 1995: Administrative zone renamed into Yeonsan-9-dong, Yeonje, Busan
ㅇ 1997: Reorganization (60 blocks, 302 units -> 50 blocks, 281units)
ㅇ 1999: Reorganization (50 blocks, 281 units -> 54 blocks, 319 units)
