Açıklama

Yeoncheon-gun, Sinseo-myeon, Dabgok-ri'de bulunan Yeolsoe Gözlemevi kuzey kesimler bir bakışta kolaylıkla görülebilecek şekilde konumlandırılmıştır ve bu birleşmenin gelişmesinde önemli bir rol oynayacaktır. Güvenlik eğitimini arttırmak ve memleket özlemini yatıştırmak için, Yeolsoe Gözlemevi 1998'in 11 Nisan’ında inşa edilmiş ve halka açılmıştır.

Ordu basit bir denetime yönlendirildikten sonra, siper temizlenir ve gözlem düzlüğü için bir yol açılır. Kuzeyin yemyeşil manzarasının siz gözlem düzlüğüne ulaşır ulaşmaz görülebilir fakat fotoğraf çekmek bu noktada yasaklanmıştır. Yeolsoe Gözlemevi'nin içi Kuzey Kore gündelik ürünlerinin ve izleyicilerin Kuzey Kore'deki hayata dair bir izlenim kazanmalarını sağlayan askeri teçhizatlarının bir sergisidir ve gözlemevinin çevresinde kiliseler, Katolik kiliseler ve huzurlu bir yeniden birleşme için dua edilen diğer çeşitli dini olanaklar vardır.

Güney sınır hattının sağında bulunan Yeolsoe Gözlemevi, ayrılığın acısını hissettirir ve birlik ve barışın önemini şimdiki nesillere sürekli hatırlatma görevi görür. Dikenli tel çit boyunca uzanan korkuluk, DMZ'yi (Askerden temizlenmiş bölge) ziyaret eden turistlerin umutları ve arzularına sahip olan birçok kurdeleyle doludur.

"Barışçıl Birlik", "Bizim arzumuz birleşmedir", "Biz birleşik hale gelmeliyiz" DMZ boyunca Kuzey'deki insanlara bizim duygularımızın yayınını yapıyormuş gibi görünen sayısız kurdelelerin üzerinde yazan iletilerden sadece birkaçıdır.

Introduction

The Yeolsoe Observatory, located in Yeoncheon-gun Sinseo-myeon Dabgok- ri, is positioned so that the Northern side can be viewed easily at a glance and will play an important roll in the progress of unification. To increase security education and to appease the homesickness, the Yeolsoe Observatory was built on April 11th of 1998 and is being opened to the public.

After the army conducts a simple check, the barricade is cleared and the path to the observation platform opens. Although verdant green landscape of the North can be seen as soon as you reach the observation platform, photography is banned at this point.
Within the Yeolsoe Observatory is an exhibit of North Korean daily products and military equipment that allows viewers to catch a glimpse into North Korean life and around the observatory are churches, catholic churches, and other various religious facilities that pray for a peaceful reunification.

The Yeolsoe Observatory, located right on the southern Limit line, helps us feel the pain of separation and acts as a constant reminder to the current generations of the importance of unity and peace.The guardrail that runs along the barbed wire fence is laden with many ribbons that have the hopes and desires of the tourists that visit the DMZ.

“Peaceful Unity”, “Our wish is unification”, “We must become united” are just a few of the messages written on the countless number of ribbons that seem to relay our sentiments to the people in the North across the DMZ.
