Bu toplama deposunun tam inşaat yılını bilmiyoruz. Ama efsaneye göre bu toplama deposunu aslen Şilla Krallığının Kralı Jinheung dönemi boyunca yaşayan Ureuk inşa ettirdi ve Kore’nin Kutsal Müziği olarak adlandırıldı. 700 yıl sonra, bu bölgenin kaptanı olan Park Eui-rim su sızıntısını önlemek için 3 filo taş döşedi. 11 numaralı Yerel Anıt olarak tanımlandı ve Kimjei şehrindeki Byeokgoljei Deposu ve Milyang Şehrindeki Susanjei Deposu dahil olmak üzere Kore’deki en eski toplama deposu olduğu tahmin ediliyor.

Su çıkış kanalı koyu kahve bir cilayla çömlekten yapılmıştır, bu depo 3 Ülke döneminde tarımsal teknoloji çalışmaları için değerli bir materyal olmuştur. Ayrıca, bu depo sadece kış ortalarında dolanan ve saydam bir vücuda sahip olan gümüş balıklarıyla tanınmıştır. Tatları da oldukça güzeldir, bir çok insan taze taze yakalayıp yemek için burada toplanır.

We can't know the exact construction year of this storing reservoir. But the legend has it that Ureuk who lived during the reign of King Jinheung of the Silla Kingdom and is called Saint of Music of Korea constructed this storing reservoir originally. And 700 years later, Park Eui-rim who was captain of this region laid stones in 3 flights to keep water from leaking.
This was appointed as Local Monument No.11 and is estimated as one of the oldest storing reservoirs in Korea, including Byeokgoljei Reservoir in Kimjei city and Susanjei Reservoir in Milyang city.

As water exit is made up of pottery with a dark brown glaze, this reservoir is also a valuable material for the study of agricultural technology in the period of the Three States. Besides, this reservoir is famous for pond smelts, which move around only in midwinter and have transparent body. Also they taste so nice that many people gather here to catch and eat them in raw condition.
