Songpa-gu is a district of Seoul, South Korea. Often it is denoted as one of the three gus of Seoul that belong to the Gangnam region (the most affluent region in South Korea), along with Gangnam-gu and Seocho-gu. It is located in the southeast of the city. Songpa-gu is home to the Lotte Hotel and Lotte World, as well as Garak Market, a large farmer's market. In 2009, Songpa-gu won the Livcom Awards of UNEP for the most liveable city.
