Sabudong firin bölgesi güney vadide ve kasabanin ortasinda yer alir.

Bölgenin çogu ev haline dönüstürüldügü gibi, birçogu kasabasinda kötü durumda, fakat tarim arazilerinde bazi seramik parçalari bulundu.

Plakalar, tabaklar ve kaseler, buradan bulunan islemeli ve damgali modelleriyle birlikte bazi islemeli seladonlar ve bazi Buncheong porselenleri göz önüne alindiginda, firin bölgesi de 14. ve 15. yüzyillarina ait olduguna inanilmaktadir.

Kalin parlak bir cilayla kaplanmis kaplarin çeperleri kalindir.

Burasi, Joseon Hanedanligi'nin (1392-1910) ilk yillari sirasinda en kaliteli Çin porselenlerinin ve porselenlerin üretildigi Büyük Kral Sejong'un Tarihi Kayitlari cografya bölümünde kaydedilmis olan 324 kireç ocagindan birinin bulundugu yerdir.

Üretim yili belli olmayan ve burada bulunan oldukça az, beyaz, pek çok kaliteli Buncheong porselenleri bulundu, bu yüzden daha detayli bir arastirmaya ihtiyaç vardir.

Sabudong kiln site is in the middle of the town and in the southern dale.

Many of them in the town are in bad shape, as much of the area has been turned into houses, but some pieces of ceramic were found in the farmland.

Given the platters, dishes, and bowls, some inlaid celadon and some Buncheong porcelains with inlaid and stamped designs, excavated from here, the kiln site is believed to date to the late 14th and 15th Century.

The walls of the vessels are thick and covered with thick, lustrous glaze.

This is the site of one of 324 kilns recorded in the geography section of The Chronicle of The Great King Sejong that produced the finest quality celadon and porcelains during the early years of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910).

Many qualified Buncheong porcelains were found while white porcelains found here are rather few and their production year isn't clear, so more detailed research is needed.
