Jeju United FC, Güney Kore, Jeju'da yerlesik profesyonel bir futbol kulübüdür. 1983'te K-League'in kurucu kulüplerinden biri olan Jeju United, yillar içinde Kore Profesyonel Futbol Ligi'nde birkaç ciddi ekonomik dar bogaza girmistir.
Baslangiçta Yukong Kokkiri (Kokkiri fil anlamina gelmektedir)'nin acenteligi Seoul+Incheon+Gyeonggi'ydi. Tek sampiyonlugunu 1989'da yasadi.
1995'in sonunda K-League'in yerinden yönetim politikasiyla birlikte Seoul'deki Dongdaemun Stadyumu'ndan sehrin batisindaki Mokdong Stadyumu'na tasindi. Bu politika iki sebebe dayanmaktaydi. 1995'te Kore, 2002 FIFA Dünya Kupasi için açik eksiltmedeydi. Ilk sebep KFA (Kore Futbol Federasyonu)'nin ve K-League'in Seoul'de futbol özellikli bir stad insa etmesini öngörüyordu. Diger sebep ise KFA'nin ve K-League'in futbol merakini eyaletlere yayma istegiydi. Seoul'deki kulüplerden Yukong Kokkiri, LG Cheetas ve Ilhwa Chunma, bu politikayi kabul etmediler. Ancak Seoul yönetimi 3 kulübe kanunen tahliye emri verdi. Fakat kulüpler Seoul'de futbol özellikli stadyum insa etmeyi garanti ederlerse Seoul'de acente bulundurma ve Seoul'e dönme sansina sahip olacaklardi. Sonunda üç kulüp Seoul disina tahliye ettirilerek Yukong Kokkiri, Seoul'ün uydu sehri Bucheon'a tasindi ve "Bucheon Yukong" oldu. Ancak Bucheon'da bir stadyum olmamasi üzerine 2000 yilina kadar Seoul'deki Mokdong Stadyumu'nu kullandilar.
1997 sezonunun ortasinda kulüp "Bucheon SK" adini aldi ve 2001 sezonu basinda Bucheon Stadyumu'na tasindi.
2006'da Bucheon SK, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden Jeju'ya tasinacagini duyurdu. Isimlerini Jeju United FC olarak degistirip hiçbir kulübe tahsis edilmemis olan Jeju Dünya Kupasi Stadyumu'nu iç saha olarak kabul ettiler.
1983-1986 yillari arasinda K-Leauge'de iç saha ve deplasman sistemi yoktu, bu yüzden acentelik iliskileri o dönemde anlamsizdi. Bucheon SK, Bucheon Stadyumu'nun yapim asamasinda olmasindan dolayi 2000 yilina kadar tüm iç saha maçlarini Seoul'deki Mokdong Stadyumu'nda oynadi.
3 Ocak 2008'de Jeju Arthur Bernardes'i teknik direktörlüge getirdi.
14 Ekim 2009'da Arthur Bernardes, Jeju'nun K-League'deki konumunu öne sürerek istifa etti.

Jeju United Football Club (Korean:제주 유나이티드 FC) is a South Korean professional football club. The club is based in Seogwipo, Jeju of South Korea.
HISTORY
Jeju United F.C. is a professional football club based in Jeju, South Korea. A founding member of the K-League in 1983, Jeju United have undergone several hardships over the years and have struggled to make a serious impact in the Korean Professional Football League.
Originally called Yukong Kokkiri (Kokkiri means elephant), the original franchise was Seoul+Incheon+Gyeonggi. The club has lifted the Championship on only one occasion in 1989.
At the end of 1995 the side moved from the Dongdaemun Stadium in Seoul to the Mokdong Stadium on the western edge of Seoul, as part of K-League's decentralization policy. This policy was carried out due to two reasons. In 1995, Korea was under bidding for 2002 FIFA World Cup. So first reason is that KFA and K-League want to build a soccer-specific stadium in Seoul and second reason is that KFA and K-League want to spread football fever to the provinces. Three clubs based in Seoul – Yukong Kokkiri, LG Cheetahs, and Ilhwa Chunma – didn't accept this policy, so the Seoul government gave an eviction order to the three clubs. However they guaranteed that if clubs built a soccer-specific stadium in Seoul, they could have a Seoul franchise and return to Seoul. As a result, the three clubs were evicted from Seoul to other cities; Yukong Kokkiri moved to the city of Bucheon, a satellite city of Seoul, and became as the "Bucheon Yukong." However, Bucheon din't have a stadium, so they used Mokdong Stadium in Seoul until 2000.
Mid-way through the 1997 season the club rebranded itself as "Bucheon SK" and, at the start of the 2001 season, moved to the Bucheon Stadium.
In 2006, Bucheon SK announced their move to Jeju without any fore notice, renamed themselves "Jeju United FC," and adopted the vacant Jeju World Cup Stadium as their new home ground.
During 1983-1986, K-League didn't have home and away system, so franchise relocations were meaningless at that time. Bucheon SK held all home matches at Mokdong Stadium in Seoul until 2000, because Bucheon Stadium was under construction.
On January 3, 2008, Jeju appointed Arthur Bernardes for new manager.
On October 14, 2009, Arthur Bernardes announced his resignation due to Jeju's bad form in the K-League.
