Jangsu neredeyse kirlilikten özgündür, dağlık bölgede 15-20 derece sıcaklığı ile günlük büyük ısı farkı ve köy olarak tarım arazileri deniz seviyesine 400-600 metre yüksekleğinde dağlık yaylaları bulunmaktadır. Jangsu elmalari çok tatli ve parlak renkleri ile iyi korunur.
Ayrıca, meyveler sert, aynı zamanda yumuşak ve iştah açıcı olduğundan da ülke çapında tanınmıştır.
