Sedo Bell domatesleri tek lokmalık küçük boyutlardadır. Kabukları ince, şeker oranı yüksek ve tadı mükemmeldir. Kansere karşı etki gösteren likopen içerir. Taze tadı vardır ve çeşitli besinler içerir, bu yüzden yorgunluğu dindiren etki gösterir.

Buyeo, Sedo-myeon 25 yillik tecrübe ile elde edilmiş zirai tekniklerle üretim yapan ülkedeki en büyük domates üretim kompleksidir. Besleyiciliğin çözülmesiyle üretim; paketleme merkezinin kurulmasıyla kalite ve güvenilirlik artış göstermiştir.

Buyeo ilçe merkezi ve Sedo-myeon'da üretilen Bell domatesleri tüm ülkedeki domates üretiminin yaklaşık %20sini olusturur.
614 çiftlikevi geçen yıl toplam 270 ha. alandan 20,150 t. ürün elde etmiştir. Satışlardan 4,100 milyon won kazanılmıştır. Bu, yerli sanayide çok büyük bir orandır.

Bell domateslerinin kalitesi mükemmeldir, çünkü güçlü ve verimli toprakta Geum nehri sürekli kıyıya çarparken yetişmektedir.
Uygun güneş ışığı oranı kalitenin yükselmesinde yardımcıdır. Çiftçilerin bilgi birikimleri de eklenince, diğer bölgelere göre daha iyi sonuç alınmaktadır.

Sedo'da üretilen Bell domatesleri değişmeyen kırmızı renktedir ve şeker içeriği yüksektir. Diğer bölgelerde yetişen bell domateslerinin şeker oranları yaklaşık olarak 7∼7.5, ancak Buyeo'da yetişen bell domateslerinin şeker oranı 7.5∼8.5'tir ve bu yüzden daha tatlıdırlar.

Domates, şimdi halktan sağlıklı besin olarak ilgi görmektedir. Diğer sebze ve meyveler arasından likopen ve çeşitli vitaminler içermesi sebebiyle yükselişe geçmiştir. Prostat kanserine, akciğer kanserine ve mide kanserine karşı mükemmel antikanser etkisi bilinmektedir. Ayni zamanda hipertansiyon tedavisi için de iyidir. Aynı zamanda cildi koruma ve yorgunlugu dindirme açısından olumlu etkileri vardır. Bunlardan dolayı çiğ olarak salatalara koyup tadı ve sağlığınız için tüketin.

Sedo-myeon of Buyeo is the largest bell tomatoes production complex all over the nation, on the ground of cultivation techniques accumulated for 25 years, nutrient solution cultivation is increasing and with establishment of packing center, it is upgrading the safety and quality.

Bell tomatoes are produced as about 20% of the whole country production in Buyeo - gun centering on Sedo-myeon. 614 farmhouses produced total 20,150 t in 270 ha last year. The sales are all 4,100 million won, which is the largest scale in domestic.

The quality of bell tomatoes produced here is excellent because they are grown in the soil powerful and fertile deposited while the water of Geumgang (Riv.) has been bumped continuously against the bank. Proper sunshine rate is helpful to improve the quality. And with addition of farmers' long know-how, they get better evaluation than those of other regions.

Bell tomatoes produced in Sedo are uniform in color as scarlet and they have high sugar contents. The sugar content of bell tomatoes produced in other regions are about 7∼7.5, however those of bell tomatoes produced in Buyeo are 7.5∼8.5, thus they are sweeter.

Tomatoes now get into public favor as healthy food. It is rising as heal-all fruit vegetable with containing lycopene component and various vitamins. It has been known that it has excellent anticancer effect against prostatic carcinoma, lung cancer and gastric cancer and it is also good for hypertension treatment. And it also has good effects for skin care and fatigue relief. Due to these, the trend to enjoy them as raw state and to put them in salads etc. for taste and health is streaming.
