Baekdam Village's Ohgapi and Sorbus Commixta


Ohgapi, sağlıklı uzun ömürlü bir Araliaceae çalısıdır.
Ohgapi’nin en iyi sağlık gıdası olduğu atasözlerinde yer alır. Bir avuç Ohgapi altın yeşimden daha iyidir. Baekdam Köyü’ndeki Ohgapi, açık ve temiz havada yetiştiğinden daha iyi bir içeriğe sahiptir. Ohgapi genellikle Doosanohgalpi, Gasioggalpi ve Seomohgalpi’ye ayrılır. Ohgapi ağacı, Gasiohgapi, Wanggaiohgapi, Jiri Mt’deki Ogapi ağacı, Seomogapi, Terlohgapi, Seoulohgapi ve Mingasiohgapi olmak üzere Kore’de yetişen sekiz türü bilinir.



Sorbus commixta
Sorbus commixta, canlılık veren sağlıklı bir gıdadır. Sorbus commixta adını ilk andan beri güçlü bir şekilde büyüyen anlamındaki “MANOK”dan alır.
Sorbus commixta rüzgarın sert bir şekilde estiği, yüksek dağlarda yaşar.
Başlangıcından beri soğuk rüzgarların estiği, kuru toprakların olduğu bir yerde olmayan, “talihsizlik ağacı” olarak adlandırılarak kullanımı bitmiş olsa da, çok fazla yaşam gücüne sahiptir. Sonbaharda kırmızı ekinleri ve çiçekleriyle dağlara daha da güzellik verir.
Sorbus commixta’nin meyvesi ve kabuğu özellikle iç terapide, tıbbin çeşitli etkileri için kullanılır.
Kurutulmuş meyvesi kaynatılarak ilaç ya da Magamok olarak kullanılır. Sonbaharda toplanan Magamok’un kurutulmuş meyvesi, 5 ölçek Soju ile Magamokju haline getirilir. Eğer her gün sabah ve akşam alınırsa, 6 ay sonra karaciğere iyi yönde etki gösterir.

Sorbus commixta, its name is originated "MANOK" which mean grows powerfully from the first time.
Sorbus commixta lives on the top of high mountains where wind blows hard.
It mustn't like dried land and cold wind from the beginning, it might be "tree of misfortune" which was expelled, but anyway it has power of life as much as that.But it is the tree that gives more beauty to mountains with harmony with flowers and red crops in the fall.
Fruit and skin of sorbus commixta is known for various effects of medicine so that it usually has been used in the civil therapy.
Its dried fruit is used as boiled medicine or Magamok.Dried fruit of Magamok which is harvested in the fall put together with 5 times volume of Soju, it becomes Magamokju, after stroring 6 months, it has good effect of the liver if it is taken every morning and evening
