Birinci katta, gazinoya erişimi olmayanları karşılamak için bir bekleme odası ile birlikte, danışma merkezi ve lobi vardır. VIP salonu, VIP Resepsiyonu ve oyun masaları ikinci kattı işgal etmektedir. Gazino 7/24 tüm yıl boyunca yabancı ziyaretçilere açıktır.
27 Ocak 2006 tarihinde COEX ilk sitesini açmasından sonra 7Luck Gazino, Haziran 2006'da Millennium Seoul, Hilton Hotel ve Busan Lotte Hotel'de ikinci ve üçüncü gazinolar açıldı.

Nestled in the heart of downtown southern Seoul, 7Luck Casino offers gaming facilities that can accommodate 400 gamers at a time. The casino is conveniently located within COEX, the location of the Korea City Air Terminal, and is directly connected with the Intercontinental Hotel and the Oakwood Premiere Residence.
The first floor houses the information center and lobby, with a waiting room to accommodate those who do not have access to the casino. The VIP room, VIP Reception, and game tables occupy the second floor. The casino is open to foreign visitors 24/7 all year round.
Following the opening of the first site at COEX on January 27, 2006, 7Luck Casino will open its second and third casinos at the Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel and the Busan Lotte Hotel, in June 2006.

7Luck Casino offers Baccarat, Roulette, Caribbean Poker, Taisai, Big Wheel, slot machines, video machines, and jumbo machines. There are machine games, which accept Korean currency from 500-won coins to 10,000-won paper bills.
For table games like Baccarat, Roulette, Caribbean Poker, Taisai, and Big Wheel, Korean currency can be exchanged for chips at the tables. The table shows the minimum and maximum bets allowed. Each table can accommodate 6 to 7 gamers at a time.

Be sure to bring your passport, as everyone entering the casino is required to show it at the entrance. 7Luck Casino is opened only to patrons of foreign nationality. All local persons who accompany casino guests will be accommodated in the waiting room on the first floor. Those arriving by car can use the casino’s private parking at COEX.
You can exchange your lucky mileage points, which can be accumulated every time you gamble at Seven Luck Casino for a KTC Seven Luck Card. KTC's Seven Luck Card is an electronic gift certificate, which is prepaid and multifunctional which allows you to use it as a calling card. You can use it at almost all Shinhan Card affiliated membership stores in Korea except some affiliated membership stores such as Lotte Department.
